Andrea Maloney has worked in the engineering and planning fields for 25 years. From 1983 until 1996, Ms. Maloney held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately as Vice-President of Planning for a 400-person Civil Engineering/ Planning firm in Irvine, California. Since joining Sapetto Group, Inc. in 1996, she has served as Senior Associate and has been responsible for a wide variety of residential and non-residential entitlement projects, starting with initial due diligence and fee analyses, progressing through Master Plans, Conditional Use Permits, Zone Changes General Plan Amendments, as required. Ms. Maloney has a specialty in project management of major development projects. | ||
