Jeffrey Packard is a graduate of the University of Southern California who brings a creative mind and a fresh approach to the already diverse team of Sapetto Group, Inc. Mr. Packard has successfully worked on redevelopment in the Southern California market; and prior to joining Sapetto Group, Inc., he co-founded JLJ Development, LLC. This firm spearheaded a small lot subdivision known as “Washington Four” that accommodates attached single-family residences in Venice, California. As an Associate with Sapetto Group, Inc. he is responsible for assisting the firm with its development, community outreach, project management and entitlement processes. | |
